Event Consultation Package

For those organizations who might already have a development team, but need help behind the scenes in planning logistics and executing ideas.

 

This package includes an Event Consultant who will be there from beginning to end in the planning process to assist in all of the basics in planning your event. The EC will book your venues, catering, entertainment - all so your development team can focus on fundraising. Booking the Event Consultation Package will include discounts on every one of our Add-Ons, such as Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, Invitation Design, Ad Booklet Design, Day-Of-Coordination, and more.

Event Lead Package

Our most popular package! Perfect for organizations without Development teams or organizations working with volunteer fundraisers.

 

This package includes a dedicated Special Event Director to take you through every step of the way towards creating your successful fundraising event. We will assist you in creating the vision for your event, and then bring that vision to life.  We will handle all of the behind the scenes logistics—including booking your venue, catering and entertainment—and on the day of your event, we'll be there to coordinate it all so you don't have to! We also will be happy to sit on your gala/fundraising committee, update your board on the status of your event, and regularly brief staff on logistics and production plans. Booking the Event Lead Package includes discounts on all of our Add-Ons, such as Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, Invitation Design, Ad Booklet Design, and more.

Total Development Package

The best option for small nonprofits without fundraisers on staff.

 

This package includes ALL of our Add-Ons (except printing) to make your event a complete success! You will work directly with a Special Event Director from our team, who will take your event from dream to reality so you can focus on the work of your organization. With your staff, we will work together to create a Strategic Development Plan for our team to put in motion. We will take on your Social Media Marketing, work with you to create donor lists, track fundraising goals, keep donor records, design/print/mail all materials, scout for Sponsors, and of course, handle all of the logistics of your event from start to finish, with two of our Day-Of-Coordinators there to help make the event a total success.
